Problem Note 44800: An incorrect HTML page might be displayed when a bar is selected in a stacked bar chart created with the Graph Template Language (GTL)

An incorrect HTML page might be displayed and tooltips might display incorrect values when a bar is selected within a bar chart that was created with the Graph Template Language (GTL).
This problem is most likely to occur if the bar that is selected is within a stacked bar chart and has a URL associated with it.
